AVM served as Project Consultant / PMC to Hammakopp Consortium Limited for the delivery of the Lot 2 road project in Okija.
The assignment demonstrates AVM's ability to transfer project-delivery discipline beyond oil and gas—coordinating execution, monitoring progress and supporting quality delivery through completion in January 2024.
