This Solution tends to address the needs for a holistic approach to development in Nigeria at a Federal and State level by deploying the Access Solution to all rural areas and merging the empowerment of rural dwellers in their respective areas with SME development. This is the main reason why most rural projects have failed in Nigeria and most developing countries. The Rural Access program will tend to provide the following to all rural areas;
• Access to the internet
• Access to healthcare and Telemedicine
• Access to SME developing (organizing the people for better access to fund and infrastructural development and teaching them how to improve on the ways they implement their respective business and Skill)
• Access to Skills development and Entrepreneur training.
• Access to ICT Training and ICT Certifications
The aim of this project if adopted is to speedily improve the skills and life of the rural people by introducing them to modern developmental tools that will help organize, increase their productivity and give sustainable income at a steady growth rate. (The Implementation Plan has been worked upon to grow all levels of the grass roots)
